Company History
Mar. 　1916 ITO Takuro started producing and selling springs.
Feb. 　1939 Founded Tsukisima Spring Industry Ltd.
Mar. 　1943 Became the designated company of Japanese army-navy and Ministry of Supply and cooperated with Nakasima Airplane,Tachikawa Airplane and Showa Airplane.
Aug. 　1946 ITO Ayako took president's position, and we started production of civilian goods.
May.　 1956 Changed company name to TSUKISIMA HATUJO and increased capital to 2,000,000yen.
Feb. 　1978 ITO Takuya took president's position and we increased the capital to 10,000,000yen.
Jan.　 1984 Opened Mishima factory.
Apr. 　1993 ITO Masayuki took the position of fourth president.
Jun. 　1996 Introduced C/S system, starting operation of the production information system.
Apr. 　1999 Opened Kashiwazaki factory.
Jun. 　2002 Increased the capital to 50,000,000yen.
Nov. 　2002 Certified according to ISO9001:2000 and QS9000:1998
